Course Objectives The aim of the course is to provide basic information about the basic principles, concepts and institutions of the law of foundations and associations within the framework of the relevant legal regulations.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Define legal persons.
  • Compare foundations and associations.
  • Explain the establishment and dissolution processes of foundations and associations.
  • Analyze the development of foundation types from the Ottoman period to the present.
  • Discuss the problems related to the authority and responsibilities of foundations and associations.
Course Description In this course, the historical development of foundations and associations, related legal concepts and relevant legislation will be discussed.
